Personal Checking Accounts

Drive Thru One of the many services First Federal offers is the checking account. First Federal offers two different checking accounts…the Interest Bearing N.O.W. checking account and the Personal Non-Interest checking account.

The minimum balance requirement for the N.O.W. account is $500.00 and when that balance is maintained, interest is earned. We have special considerations for senior citizens, non-profit organizations, or students. The minimum balance requirement for these type accounts is $100.00, and we waive the monthly service charge.

For the Personal Non-Interest account, a minimum balance of $100.00 is needed to open this type account. There are no monthly service fees for this account.

An additional service that First Federal offers is the Debit Card – the card that looks like a credit card but works like a check!

The Debit Card gives you a faster, more economical, more convenient way to buy the products and services you need. That’s because it allows you to withdraw funds from your checking account without ever having to write out a check. You can use your Debit Card wherever MasterCard is accepted. The Debit Card also may be used as a Jeanie ATM card.
