Securing Data Transfer:

Our online banking solution contains password complexity requirements, use of biometric authentication and step-up authentication methods for specialized functions provided by Computer Services Inc (CSI). The layered security solutions offer holistic protection with out-of-band authentication. There are various network controls between the end user and CSI. All online banking activity must pass through a firewall and filtering/screening routers. A web application firewall to block common web-based threats is also utilized.

Unless explicitly stated, email is not secure. First Federal recommends that customers do not send any confidential information through email. If you send email to First Federal, we may retain the contents of your email message, your email address, and our response.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (“Board”) and the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (“Bureau”) (collectively “Agencies”) amended Regulation CC to implement a statutory requirement of the Expedited Funds Availability Act (“Act”) to adjust certain dollar amounts outlined in our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure for inflation. We are required to notify you of the changes to our Funds Availability Policy Disclosure as outlined below.

These changes are being adjusted effective July 1, 2025.


(1)
The minimum amount of deposited funds that we must make available for withdrawal by the next business day for certain check deposits (e.g., the amount that we initially make available to you) will be changed from $225 to $275.

(2)
The amount of funds we must make available when we are permitted to extend our funds availability schedule for cash withdrawals or similar means will be changed from $450 to $550.

(3)
The amount of funds deposited in a new account that we must make available for withdrawal by the next business day will be changed from $5,525 to $6,725.

(4)
The amount of funds from check deposits that exceed the aggregate amount allowed on any one banking day will be changed from $5,525 to $6,725.
