Dear First Federal of Van Wert Customers and Community Members,

While this isn’t the Thanksgiving season quite yet, I think it’s a good time to say some thanks. First, thank you for helping us successfully open our second location at 820 N. Washington! If you haven’t stopped by, I encourage you to visit Stephanie, Erin, Thad, Shannon, and company. It is a great-looking building, with a tremendous staff, and you will receive the same excellent customer service you have been accustomed to.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation earlier this year as we upgraded our bank technologies. The upgrade was a change for everyone involved, we succeeded in creating a better banking system for customers and employees. Our staff has other improvements that we will be able to provide in the next few months which will only enhance our current products and services.

Thank you to the community members who voted for us as ‘the Best Bank/Credit Union’ in Van Wert. We do not take this compliment lightly and we are flattered to have been selected for the last several years. My staff is the best staff around and I applaud them for their efforts and dedication. But it’s you, the community members, that provides the biggest honor to my team.

And finally, thank you for your continued support and patronage. First Federal has been fortunate to continue to grow and it is because of your support that makes that happen. We take great pride in being a community bank and we believe in helping the Van Wert community thrive and succeed. It’s a part of our mission and goal.
