What is Alerts? NEW!
First Federal has a new and improved alert notification system! This system gives you the ability to receive relevant and real-time information that you need to stay on top of your finances. The alert feature can be found in your Online Banking profile or in your Mobile Banking app.
Alert examples include:
- Low balance alerts
- Transaction based alerts
- Deposit alerts
- Password changes
- Withdrawals over a certain threshold
- And many more!
All of the alerts are customizable and give you the ability to set “do not disturb” hours. You can also control and customize how you receive your alerts! You can receive your alerts through email, text messages*, or in a secure inbox inside your Online Banking profile.
With Alerts, you’ll always know what’s happening with your money and be able to watch for fraudulent transactions.
How do I enroll in Alerts?
To enroll and subscribe to Alerts, simply select the Alert tab and follow the prompts. Messages are sent instantly using any of the delivery channels you choose.
